How do I get started?

What documents do I need?

We accept paper logbooks, digital files, PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, electronic logbook exports, and military flight records. See our How It Works page for detailed requirements.

How long does it take?

Standard processing takes 20-25 business days after complete document upload. We also offer Fast (10-15 days) and Ludicrous (5-7 days) speed options on supported services. The clock starts after we receive your complete document upload and required worksheet/details, not at checkout.

Is my data secure?

We use secure upload folders for document transfer and maintain strict confidentiality of all flight records.
