A cleaner order of operations.
- Choose the right service: start with the Update Bundle, Deluxe Logbook, or speed upgrade depending on your situation.
- Email your details: after checkout, send your target airlines, deadline, and any unusual record notes to info@bluelogbooks.com.
- Upload records: we send upload instructions and the required worksheet/details after purchase.
- Categorize aircraft: use the provided worksheet so aircraft and records can be handled consistently.
- Receive deliverables: final output is a consolidated Excel logbook plus summary sheets for applications and interviews.

Included in Deluxe services
All digital logbook line transcription, first 1,000 handwritten lines, Excel digital logbook output, and airline application summary sheets.
Possible additional costs
Existing orders can upgrade to Fast Speed for $250 or Ludicrous Speed for $500. Handwritten lines over 1,000 are confirmed first, then billed later at $0.15 per line.

Scan quality
Use clear scans or photos. For handwritten records, 600 DPI is preferred when possible.
File format
PDF is recommended for scanned logbooks. Include all pages, even if a page appears blank.
Readable source records
Make sure text, dates, aircraft IDs, routes, and totals are readable before upload.
