Privacy and Document Handling

What We Collect
We collect the information needed to complete your logbook project, communicate with you, and process payment through PayPal hosted checkout. That may include your name, email address, target airlines or deadlines, logbook files, military flight records, electronic exports, handwritten pages, spreadsheets, and worksheet details you provide.
How We Use Your Records
Your records are used to create your digital deliverables: a consolidated Excel logbook and summary sheets for airline applications and interviews. We may also use your project details to answer questions, confirm scope, clarify unreadable records, support updates, or resolve payment and service issues.
Document Uploads
After checkout, we send upload instructions. Use the upload method we provide rather than sending sensitive logbook files through ordinary email when possible. Do not send passwords, identity documents, medical records, or unrelated sensitive files unless we specifically ask for them for your project.
Confidentiality
Flight records are treated as confidential customer materials. We do not sell customer logbook data. We do not publish your records, name, airline goals, or project details as marketing material without permission.
Your Originals
Keep your original records. Beyond Blue Logbooks creates digital deliverables from the files and information you provide, but our work is not a substitute for preserving original paper logbooks, military records, certificates, endorsements, or other source documents.
After Delivery
If you purchased the Update Bundle, keeping working project files available can make future updates easier. If you want project files removed after completion, email info@bluelogbooks.com and we will review what can be deleted while still preserving basic transaction and service records.
Questions
Email info@bluelogbooks.com if you have questions about uploads, document handling, or what to include with your order.
